Managing our entire digital ecosystem, including three websites, the online rental flow, the customer portal, and our mobile app, I bridge the gap between user data and design execution.

Because I own the entire lifecycle, I am actively involved in every phase, from studying consumer behavior and running user tests to collaborating with engineering and writing front-end code.
